Lifestyle & Amenities

Krishna House was planned around family life and weekend leisure.
It includes:

  • Lift and wide circulation corridors
  • Lush garden and wooden deck for evening gatherings
  • Family lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows
  • Dedicated dog house area
  • Every element was built to make the home not only beautiful but practical and future-ready.
Metamorph’s Process
1. Understanding the Vision

We started with a series of meetings with the client and architect to understand routines, family size, guest movement, and expectations.
From that, we prepared a full project plan — budget, timeline, and key stages — so everyone knew what to expect.

2. Pre-Construction Planning

Before the first brick was laid, our team:

  • Reviewed every design drawing in detail
  • Created a procurement schedule for materials and vendors
  • Aligned structural, plumbing, and electrical layouts to avoid rework later
  • Finalized a realistic timeline with stage-wise milestones
3. Site Management & Daily Coordination

Once work began, Metamorph became the single point of contact for everyone — architects, engineers, and contractors.
Our engineers were present daily to check quality, monitor progress, and share weekly updates with the client.
Each item — from foundation concrete to door handle selection — was approved through proper documentation and visual mock-ups.

4. Quality, Detailing & Finishing

The villa’s charm lies in its simple elegance, which meant execution had to be perfect.
We maintained strict quality control:

  • Checked alignment, surface levels, and finishes at every stage
  • Approved all materials after sample verification
  • Ensured MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems were installed neatly and safely
  • Every joint, polish, and paint coat was inspected before handover.
5. Handover & After-Care

When the home was ready, we did a final audit and snag list to make sure nothing was missed.
All documents — drawings, vendor lists, warranties — were compiled for the client.
Even post-handover, Metamorph coordinated small service calls and maintenance checks to ensure complete satisfaction.

Challenges We Solved
  • Multiple Functional Zones: Out house, main villa, and service areas were built simultaneously — we staggered schedules to prevent overlap.
  • Weather Delays: Pre-monsoon protection and covered storage kept materials safe and work on track.
  • Design Precision: Open façades and exposed wooden decks demanded accuracy; we used digital levels and laser measures for installation.
The Final Home

Today, Krishna House stands as a warm, light-filled home where every space flows naturally.
It’s a perfect blend of architecture and execution—proof that a well-managed project doesn’t just look good; it lives well.
